Isela Moreno, MHSA Community Navigator
Isela grew up in the city of Pomona where she graduated from Garey High School.
Isela earned her bachelors degree in Psychology from California State University
Los Angeles and has experience working as a residential counselor in a level 14
group home as well as a volunteer for Project Sister. Isela has a passion for
helping others and is committed to providing the residents of Pomona with resources
that will help support their mental well being.
