Sonia Fuentes, MHSA Community Navigator
Sonia has resided in the city of Claremont for the past 9 years and is the mother of three
children. Prior to joining Tri-City, Sonia worked for the City of Claremont as well as
Claremont Unified School District providing outreach services to those in need. Sonia’s
knowledge and expertise regarding local resources and support services has allowed her
the opportunity to enrich the lives of hundreds of individuals of the years. Sonia’s
commitment to excellence and dedication to families and her community continues to be
her strength and passion.
