COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER Salary $11.00 - $13.00
2 positions
To provide outreach to consumers and their families in order to assist clients in receiving and benefiting from mental health services. Position is field-based and requires person to have valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation. Duties include meeting  persons in their homes and the local Tri-Cities communities to provide encouragement, support and assistance with resources and other services. Persons with lived experiences  are encouraged to apply.
Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.  Prefer computer and typing skills. Bi-lingual in  Spanish/English required. Valid California driver’s license required. Experience in TAY a plus.

MHRS FOR Children&Family Outpatient Clinic
Salary $17.3O to $22. 49
The Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist will provide field based rehabilitation skills, case management and crisis intervention to emotionally disabled/mentally ill children, adolescents, groups and families within our Children and Family Department.  The MHRS will meet with the child/adolescent/family in the community, home, or shcool.  
Experience working in community in a mental health clinic and DMH knowledge preferred. Prefer a Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of one year experience working with children and adolescents. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Provide field based clinical case management, psychosocial rehabilitation services for clients with mental illnesses. 
 Bachelor Degree required in social work, human services, psychology or related field. Two years experience in LACDMH Adult system of care preferred.  Basic computer and typing skills required. Bilingual Spanish required.

COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH TRAINER  Salary $51,112 -$81,779
Responsible for collaborating with Tri-Cities community members, develop curriculum to address commuities' needs and interests in mental health and wellbeing, engage communities to solicit data and assess communities' understanding of mental health, identify and evaluate strategies that promote and effect mental health wellbeing and to plan ways to gather data, provide direct training to communities on mental health and wellbeing.
M.A., MFT, MSW preferred in social work, psychology or related field. Three years experience preferred in mental health, administration, community organizing or local government. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST Salary $51,112 -$81,779
Provides confidential administrative services to the Human Resources Department. Responsible for employee trainings, recruitment and advertising, administration of Worker's compensation; plan, organize and administer Agency's health and welfare plan, incl. health and life insurance and other benefits, maintain and update legal employee postings at all sites; maintain OSHA200 Log; enter employee data in a variety of data systems and assists HR Manager with investigations and policy maintenance. 
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources department. Intermediate computer skills required (MS Office and report writing). Public Sector experience helpful. IAPMA-HR or PHR/SPHR a plus.

BILINGUAL CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER/ MARRIAGE FAMILY THERAPIST FSP Adult/Older Adult Salary $47,250 to $74,751
The Bilingual Clinical Social Worker & the Marriage Family Therapist provides intensive field based counseling/psychotherapy, rehabilitation skills, case management and crisis intervention to emotionally disabled/mentally ill individuals, groups & families within our Adult/Older Adult department. Services provided in both Spanish and English. Provide after-hours services on a rotating basis.
Experience in community mental health working with adults and older adults. Knowledge and experience with DMH standards and documentation procedures required. Computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook. Bilingual fluency in Spanish languages required. Clinical Social Worker, licensed: Master’s degree in Social Work & Calif. Bd. of Behavioral Sciences licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). MFT, licensed: Master’s degree in Marriage & Family counseling & California Board of Behavioral Sciences licensure as a Marriage & Family Therapist (MFC). Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Counseling and Calif. Bd. of Behavioral Sciences registration as an Intern in Marriage and Family Counseling (IMF).

MHRS FOR WELLNESS CENTER   Salary $17.3O to $22. 49
The Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist (MHRS) will participate in program planning, education and training activities and Community Outreach. They will function as a member of an inter-disciplinary team and transport clients as necessary or assigned. The MHRS will maintain appropriate program files. 
Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Four years working with persons with mental illness is required.  Computer skills required. Bilingual Spanish  required.  Valid California driver’s license required.
