Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish strongly preferred. Full-time employees receive a competitive salary plus a comprehensive benefits package including the CalPERS 2% @ 55 retirement plan. Part-Time employees receive agency-paid contributions towards a retirement plan. There are no payroll deductions for FICA as Tri-City is exempt from Social Security.

The Director of Clinical Program Services is an executive management level class which is responsible for assisting the Executive Director in the overall management of the clinical operations of Tri-City Mental Health Center with particular responsibility for the quality of all mental health services. All Tri-City Mental Health Center regular, full-time positions available in the competitive service are subject to a 12-month probationary period. Prior to appointment candidates must satisfactorily complete pre-employment requirements, which include a physical, a drug screen, a TB Test for certain positions and submission of their driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles.

PROCESS
