Understanding Compassion Fatigue | Free Wellness Webinar
Tuesday, December 09, 2025, 01:00pm - 02:00pm

In helping roles like healthcare, education, or social services, the emotional demands can take a toll. Over time, constantly supporting others can lead to stress, burnout, or compassion fatigue. This webinar will help you recognize the signs and learn ways to care for your own well-being—so you can keep doing the work that matters most.

This free webinar is open to residents, service providers, community groups and organizations in Pomona, Claremont and La Verne. Registration is required. Register at tinyurl.com/yeyftaxv.

For more information, or to learn about attending or hosting a free Community Mental Health Training, please contact Paul Osorio, Community Behavioral Health Trainer, at cmht@tricitymhs.org or (909) 242-7636.
