Shaping Futures: Reducing the Impact of Bullying on Youth Mental Wellbeing (Let's Talk: Student Wellness Series)

Tri-City Mental Health, through grant funding from the Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA) project, is hosting a monthly student wellness series for parents, caregivers, supportive adults, teachers and youth. Join us on the third Thursday of each month at 4:00 pm for valuable tips and resources on how adults can better support youth mental health. This series is offered virtually and is open to educators, service providers, parents, caregivers and the general public.

This month's topic | Shaping Futures: Reducing the Impact of Bullying on Youth Mental Wellbeing

Learn about bullying, peer pressure, cyberbullying and the impact social media can have on students' self-image and wellbeing. We’ll share tips on how parents, caregivers and adults who work with youth can support students as they encounter these challenges.

About the Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA)

Tri-City Mental Health Authority, through the statewide Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA) grant, is working to expand behavioral and mental health services for youth, young adults and their families in Claremont, Pomona, and La Verne. This funding is used to foster school-community partnerships, and provide psychoeducation for parents, supportive adults, teachers and youth.
