Tri-City Mental Health Authority (TCMHA) is requesting qualified contractors to provide bids in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Sisson Design Group for TCMHA 2001 N. Garey Ave. Office Remodel. All work shall conform to State and City codes, ordinances, and standards. The work will generally include, but not be limited to furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the tenant improvement remodel work outlined in the construction documents.

Bid submission

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tri-City Mental Health Authority (“TCMHA”) invites sealed Bids for the Project. TCMHA will receive such Bids c/o Sisson Design Group, 3100 E. Cedar St. Suite 26 Ontario, CA 91761, up to 10:00 AM on Tuesday February 27, 2024. At 12:00 PM the same day, they will be publicly opened and read aloud at TCMHA Administrative Offices, 1717 N. Indian Hill Boulevard, Suite B, Claremont, CA 91711.All Bidders shall meet the provisions, requirements and specifications listed in the Request for Bids (RFB). 

SCOPE OF WORK. The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the Project Manager.

OBTAINING BID DOCUMENTS. Bidders may obtain free copies of the Plans, Specifications and other Contract Documents here. Potential Bidders may also obtain the Contract Documents for the Project at Sisson Design Group’s office located at 3100 E. Cedar St. Suite 26 Ontario, CA 91761 for a non-refundable fee of $80.00 per set, or $100.00 per set if mailed. Sisson Design Group must receive payment before the Contract Documents will be provided.

OPTIONAL PRE-BID MEETING AND SITE VISIT. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday February 13, 2024 at 9:00 AM at 2001 N. Garey Ave. Pomona, CA, followed by an optional site visit. Bidders are not required to attend the on-site meeting and site visit in order to submit a bid. No allowances for cost adjustments will be made if a Bidder fails to adequately examine the Project site before submitting a Bid.
